Resizing objects will differ if you are creating a project from a template or if you've started with a single chart or map project type.
To resize objects in template projects:
❶ Click to select the object and to see blue, square handler icons appear on the corners.
❷ Drag the corners inwards or outwards to enlarge or shrink the object.
Tip: To maintain the object’s proportions, hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard when resizing it. That way you will keep the width-to-height ratio when enlarging or shrinking the object.
To rotate objects in template projects:
❶ Click to select the object.
❷ Use the circle rotation handler at the top and rotate to the right or left.
Tip: Use guidelines on the canvas to snap the object in place.
To resize objects in single chart/ map projects:
In single chart/map projects, the object width is linked to the project width. Therefore, when you resize the canvas width, the object width will also change. Height, however, can be adapted for each element, separately.
❶ To adjust the width, deselect any objects in your editor and use the slider on the right side settings panel or insert the number of pixels under Width (px).
Note: The maximum width in single chart/ map projects is 1024 px.
❷ To edit the object's height, select the chart or map and use the slider in the chart settings panel, also on the right.
